We know you have a busy schedule as a college student and understand you need convenient solutions such as 24-hour laundry room access. There is also free Wi-Fi, a TV, games, study tables, and a pool table to use while you wait for your laundry. We also have a volleyball sand court and a basketball hoop if you prefer to be outdoors. If BBQ is your thing, each building has a BBQ picnic area for you to use.

Mail is delivered on-site in its own weather-protected buildings. Each tenant will have access to their unit’s mailbox 24 hours a day. All packages that are delivered to the property are taken to the main office for security reasons. We notify the tenant as soon as the package is delivered and can be picked up at their convenience.
